Cancellation Policy
Effective as of June 9, 2025 1. Scope This policy applies to all paid workshops, coaching sessions, strategic-planning intensives, and modernization audits booked directly through AshleyGayle.ca, email, or written proposal. 2. Booking & Payment Confirmation – A booking is confirmed only after (a) you select a date/time and (b) full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is received. Invoices & Taxes – All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable HST/GST. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated. Secure Payments – We accept credit card, Interac e-Transfer, or EFT via our encrypted payment gateway. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations 48 hours or more before the booking date- 100 % refund (no fee) Cancellations less than 48 hours before the booking date- 50 % of the session/workshop fee retained as a late-cancellation charge; balance refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. **this includes no-show and same day cancellations** Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment; bank processing times may vary. 4. Rescheduling More than 48 hours’ notice – One complimentary reschedule per booking, subject to calendar availability within 90 days. Less than 48 hours’ notice – Reschedule requests are treated as a late cancellation (see Section 3) and incur a fee of 50 % of the service fee. 5. Force Majeure If Ashley Gayle Consulting must cancel due to illness, emergency, or events beyond reasonable control, you may choose between: Full refund of all fees paid, or Complimentary reschedule at a mutually agreeable time within 90 days. AGC is not liable for consequential losses arising from such cancellations. 6. Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show. 7. Acceptance By submitting payment or an online booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
